The 75 hour pre-license course is the first step to prepare you for a real estate broker career in North Carolina.
Completion of the broker pre-license course will qualify the student to take the state real estate licensing exam.
The newest edition of the pre-license textbook will be required for all courses and can be purchased from Dearborn by clicking here.
